Holistic healing focuses on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Unlike most modern-day medicine methods, holistic healing focuses on the entire individual and not only on a particular issue or symptom(s).

Holistic healing can benefit ANYONE who wants to improve their wellbeing!

Holistic healing is rooted in the belief that we all have vibrant and powerful energy within us that is an extension of God’s energy. We may have had hurtful experiences and gotten stuck in habits that harm us and our relationships. This can make our energy get disconnected, drained, or even lost, which keeps us from finding inner peace and happiness. Holistic healing practices aim to restore wholeness and vitality within the individual.

As a holistic life coach, I focus on all areas of health: physical, spiritual, emotional, psychological, and relational. I use several methods to restore balance within my clients and empower them to steer their life in whichever direction they want. They include but are not limited to mindfulness training, guided imagery, meditation, somatic experiencing, breathwork, energy releasing, and NLP.

My courses are for anyone who has the desire to learn and grow. Classes will cover all areas of functioning which will cover topics like self-esteem, how to challenge and reframe negative thinking patterns, mindfulness training, somatic experiencing, sensory-focused interventions, how to use essential oils, and more!
